Meet Our Chandler

Hello there! My name is Alexis and I am the chandler and owner of Renew Candle Co. I am an alumna of Prairie View A&M University, where I graduated with my Bachelors of Business Management in Administration, and I am currently seeking my Masters of Science in Human Resource Development at the University of Texas at Tyler.  I have a passion for people and commitment to impact lives, worldwide, by spreading lots of love and light!

Renew Candle Co. was birthed in the summer of 2020 in the midst of the covid-19 global pandemic. I found myself fighting bouts of depression and anxiety, and needing a creative outlet to break up the monotony of my new "normal". I have a shameless obsession with home and body products, and I believe that scents have the power to evoke positive experiences and memories. Thus, I began making candles! Initially, the expectation was for candle making to solely be a hobby, however, after selling out after my first two launches, I decided to begin candle making full-time!

Today, Renew Candle Co. has been featured in local magazines and has partnered with local high school sports teams to fundraise and inspire the youth! My commitment to my customers is to continue to curate elevated, non-toxic home and body products, and make a positive impact worldwide! This is only the beginning <3
