How long will it take for my items to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. Please note, tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address listed in your order. Although your items may have shipped, courier delays may occur outside of the control of Renew Candle Co. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, don't hesitate to contact me!
What is the price of shipping?
Shipping is based on your cart's total. Shipping is $3.99 for orders $0.01 to $35. Shipping is $7.99 for orders $35.01 to $74.99. All orders $75 or more receive FREEE SHIPPING!
I received missing items (or broken items) from my order.
What should I do?
